Tatsuko Adachi, born Jan 12, 1926, passed away Nov 16, 2016 in Saratoga, Ca. Preceded in death by husband, Sachi Elmer Adachi. Survived by son, Jeffrey (Cecilia), daughters, Barbara Utsurogi (Larry) and Janie Yamaguma (Tim). 6 grandchildren: Corey & Kyle Utsurogi; Andrea , Justin, & Sara Adachi; Mikey Yamaguma. Private service at Spangler Mortuary already held. The family would like to express their gratitude to the wonderful caregivers: Violet,
Susan, Yolanda, Joy & Ana, & to the hospice nurses from Pathways.
