Obituary of Robert Johnson
"Bob" passed peacefully on Christmas Day at the age of 92. Earlier in December he attended a reunion of the St. Ignatius High School class of 1942. During World War II he served with the US Air Force based in England …. He specialized in communications using Morse Code. He continued the same with the SF Fire Department after his military service. Later he became a salesman until he retired. He was widowed by the love of his life, Eleanor Sartorio Johnson in 2003. He loved sports especially golf, the 49ers and the SF Giants. In lieu of flowers, tax deductible donations can be made to Vitas Hospice Care, 670 N. McCarthy Blvd., Suite 220, Milpitas, CA 95035 (www.vitas.com/california)
