Robert James McCard born January 7, 1946 in Oak Harbor, Washington passed away unexpectedly on August 10, 2018. His parents James and Annamae Reese McCard and sister Patricia McCard predeceased him. He is survived by his wife Sharon Hanson McCard and daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Romulo Dizon II. He is the much-loved Papa of Matthew, Caitlin, and Emily Dizon.

Bob was raised in Bethlehem, PA graduating from Liberty High School class of 1963. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Signal Corps from 1966- 1969. After his service he earned a degree in Political Science from San Jose State University in 1973. He had a 30-year career in electronics as a quality assurance engineer with Raytheon, Trimble Navigation, Litton Industries, and Sanmina.

Services will be heldTuesday August 21, at 10:00amat the Spangler Mortuary,399 S. San Antonio Rd., Los Altos.
