Born on November 17, 1944, in Salinas, California, Patricia Ann Mattox passed away peacefully on May 15, 2025. A longtime resident of Fremont, she built a life rooted in kindness, giving, and connection to her community.

Patricia grew up in the Salinas Valley and was a graduate of Palma High School. Her college studies took her to many places and she continued her education until she earned a Doctorate in Theology.

In her professional life, she was worked for the Haas Family Foundation, where she brought dedication to her work. Beyond her career, she found fulfillment in giving back - volunteering regularly at the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry and always making time for the many friends and family members who brought joy to her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George William Robert Mattox, Jr. and Juliette Mattox. She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Linda Kerlee, her brother, George Mattox III, her sister-in-law, Jana Mattox, and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wishes, no services will be held. Her spirit will live on in the lives she touched and the love she shared.
