On January 19, 2026, in San Mateo California, Nora Jovel Lichtenstein left our earthly world to Join her beloved husband Julius in God's eternal kingdom of heaven.

Born in El Salvador in June 1 1929, Nora lived a very long and happy life traveling the world.  Travel is a passion Nora shared with her husband Julius.  They loved to travel so much that  they made it their life career.  Owning a travel agency, Nora and Julius shared with others their love for visiting distant and exotic lands.

Nora was preceded in death by her husband Julius who passed away on January of 2013.  Nora is survived by her sister Maria Eugenia, cousin Daisy, niece Marina, nephew Carlos and grand-niece Danielle.

Funeral services for Nora will be at St. Joseph's Church in Mountain View on January 26, 2026.  The viewing at 10am will precede the mass at 11am.
