Lisa Paff died quietly in her home on March 22 at the age of 66, after a 30 year battle with the consequences of a brain aneurysm. She was born in Minnesota and moved to the bay area in 1972. She has lived in Los Altos for 31 years. She worked for Control Data and Applied Technology before becoming a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker.

She is survived by her husband Michael, her son Steven, daughter-in-law Tori, grandsons Jackson and Austin. and sisters Cathy and Carol. Her brothers George and Fred have both passed on since Lisa's death. Although she was confined to a wheel chair, she participated in her son's growing up, gotten to know both her grandsons and spent all her final years at home.
