Obituary of Kimmy Vu

Kimmy Vu August 11, 1958 �" November 3, 2011 After a courageous 6 year battle with cancer, Kimmy Vu passed away November 3rd, 2011 in Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center with family and friends by her side. Kimmy Vu was born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam to Nen and Khanh Huynh. She moved to San Jose, California in the early 80's and pursued a career in nursing. For over 25 years she has dedicated her life to helping others. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Tom; sons, Bryant and Jonathan. Kimmy enjoyed being with family & friends, traveling, dance, music, and making people happy. She will be forever remembered and missed dearly by her loving family & friends. Friends are welcome to attend visitation on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 12PM-7PM and Sunday, November 6, 2011 from 12PM-4PM, followed by closing casket ceremony from 4PM-430PM at Spangler Mortuary, 174 North Sunnyvale Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. A Catholic funeral mass will be held on Monday, November 7, 2011, 11AM at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 5111 San Felipe Road, San Jose, CA 95135.
