Obituary of Keith N. Brentlinger

Keith N. Brentlinger, 86, died peacefully at the Terraces in Los Altos on March 28, 2012. After years of pain and suffering, our Lord of mercy finally called his servant home. His early years were spent in Selma, California where he attended school. He was active in athletics, music, and church. With the outbreak of World War II, Keith joined the U.S. Navy. He attended Armstrong Business School in Berkeley. He became a floor covering specialist, a trade he remained in for the rest of his professional life. He was very active in the Los Altos Presbyterian Church, serving as Elder, Deacon, and Bible teacher. For nearly 12 years, on Tuesday evenings, Keith and Jean held a high school and college Bible study in their home. Keith is survived by his wife Jean, sister Nancy and her husband Don Kilgore, daughter Jana and her husband Duane Dutton, son Todd and his wife Marcea, and his grandchildren Jessica, Todd Jr., and Justin. Celebration of his life will be held April 14th at 11:00am at the Union Presbyterian Church, 858 University Ave. in Los Altos. Everyone is invited to a buffet lunch in Bailey Hall following the service.
