Janet Elaine Flowers-Toro, age 73, passed away on February 10, 2026, in Sunnyvale, California.

Janet was born to Arthur Flowers and Ruth Gibson-Flowers-Grilley in Zanesville, Ohio. She lived a life marked by creativity, dedication, and deep spirituality. Professionally, Janet worked as a semiconductor project planner, where she was known for her organization, commitment, and thoughtful approach to her work.

Beyond her career, Janet was admired for her artistic talents and creative spirit. She expressed herself through her artistry and was deeply connected to her spiritual life, which guided her values and relationships. Those who knew her will remember her for her creativity, strength, and meaningful presence.

Janet is survived by her beloved son, Michael Alan Toro; her cherished grandson, Jordan Alan Toro; and her stepfather, Lynn Grilley. She is also survived by her nieces, Beth Mitchell, Cathie Flowers, and Alberta Morse; her nephews, Scott Mitchell and Artie Flowers; as well as many great-nieces, great-nephews, and one great-great-nephew who will miss her dearly.

Janet's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were fortunate to know her.
