Obituary of Hector Hugo Rojas Zuniga

Hector, beloved husband, father, sibling and friend, a resident of Los Altos California died of heart failure at El Camino Hospital on November 7 at 6:47PM. He is survived by his Wife Dr. Ximena Zurita Paez, daughter Andrea Rojas- Zurita, siblings in Chile: Herman, Silvia, Lucy, Mary, Patricia, Teresa, María Teresa, Gina and Marcelo, nieces, nephews and extended family in Chile, the USA, Canada and Europe. Hector was a an assistant professor at School of Electrical Engineering of the Catholic University of Valparaiso before coming to the USA to pursue graduate work on a LASPAU scholarship. He worked as an electrical engineer in telecommunications in several companies in the Bay Area since 1978. Memorial services will be held Saturday November 12, 2011 at 1PM at: Church of the Resurrection. 725 Cascade Drive and Hollenbeck, Sunnyvale, CA. 94087-3157.
