Harvinder Kaur, beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at the age of 53.

Harvinder was born on January 13, 1973, in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India, to S. Harbhajan Singh and S. Harbans Kaur. She attended college in India and was deeply proud of her family and her culture, which she carried with her throughout her life. She married Manjit Singh, and together they raised two sons, Harmandeep and Simrandeep, who were the center of her world.

In her forties, Harvinder immigrated to the United States, leaving behind everything familiar to begin again in a new country with a new language and a new way of life. It was not an easy road, but she met it with courage and determination. She was never one to back down from a challenge.

At home, Harvinder was a gifted cook who loved experimenting with new recipes, and anyone who tasted her food remembered it. She had a special love for papdi chaat and pani puri, and she enjoyed unwinding with her favorite Indian dramas. She also adored the family’s little cat, Pookie, who was a cherished part of her days. She was always ready with a warm meal and a listening ear for those around her.

Above all, Harvinder will be remembered as a kind, loving, and caring soul who looked after everyone around her. Her family held the most important place in her life, and she was always there for them and for her relatives in times of need. Her presence, generosity, and strength will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

She is survived by her husband, Manjit Singh, and her sons, Harmandeep Singh and Simrandeep Singh, along with her extended family, relatives, and friends.
