Gordon Thomas Egan, born June 18, 1933, in San Francisco, youngest child of Thomas and Ruth Egan. Served in the United States Marine Corps (1951-1954), active in a variety of youth sports programs including both Sunnyvale American and Sunnyvale National Little League, as well as a coach and Athletic Director at St. Martin's School in Sunnyvale. Retired from Sunnyvale Parks and Recreation Dept. Gordon is survived by Marilyn, his beloved wife of 63 years, his ten children; Karen Barton (Scott), Daniel (Anne), Thomas (Christina), Annette Gaskill, Jeanne Martin (Jeff), Johanna, Amy Matteis (Michael), Brian (Veronica), Bridget Tomasello (Sean), Jeff (Michelle), his 15 grandchildren and one great grandchild, sister Mary Corzonkoff, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service to be held Tuesday, July 17, 11 AM at St. Cyprian Church, Sunnyvale.
