Frank passed away, August 3rd, 2018, age 85 years. Beloved husband of Arlene Kramer for 61 years. Loving father to his four children and their spouses, Linda Alexander, of Portland, OR, Dean & Jennifer Kramer, of Sunnyvale, CA, Nancy Kramer Popp & Randy Popp of Palo Alto, CA, Lori Kramer of Fairfax, CA, and his guard dog Roman. Frank is also loved by eight grandchildren, Chris & Angela Alexander, Lucas Popp, Benjamin Berman, Allison Popp, Julia Berman, Joseph Kramer, Stephanie Popp and two great-grandchildren, Julian and Liam Alexander. Frank was a US Air Force veteran, HP retiree, and a devoted AA member.

A funeral service will be held Friday, August 10th at 10:00 a.m., luncheon to follow, St. William Catholic Church, 611 S. El Monte Ave., Los Altos. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Catholic Charities.
