"Donny" as he was called by family and friends, was born and raised in Los Altos, Ca. and attended St. Joseph's Parochial School in Mt.View for eight years and later four years at St.Francis High School in Mt. View. After high school, Donny enrolled in the Auto Mechanics program at De Anza College in Cupertino, where upon graduating at the top of his class, began a career working full-time at Mancini Motors in Mt. View and later Sunnyvale.

Donny was always willing to help anyone who needed help with their cars or anything else you would need. He could always be found with his head under the hood of someone's car, that is, if he wasn't busy modifying one of his own. Even as a little boy, Donny could always be found somewhere with a screwdriver, trying to take something apart. A born mechanic.

Donny is survived by his wife Retha, his daughter Shelby, sister Debbie Storek and brothers Doug and Dean. Nephew Adam and Neice Ashlee.

There will be a memorial service April 30th, 2022 at 1:00pm at Spangler Mortuary's Sunnyvale Chapel, 174 N. Sunnyvale Avenue, Sunnyvale CA, 94086
